From Mentor Michael Dlouhy’s teachings, when he points out the concept of Being All In, Living in the Now, and his recommendation how to “follow” the 30-Day-Mental-Cleanse’s sessions, the applied knowledge of Focus gets powerful relevancy. Focus Your Attention – Focus My Attention – Focus Our Attention. The Purpose: True Productivity.
Through the book “What to Do When There’s Too Much To Do.” Chapter 3 we find many intertwined concepts. One is How to Manage Distractions. The author mentions two fields where distractions appear or arise from:

- Internal distractions:
In order to our focusing flows easily, the author recommends us to use Focus Aids-Focus Helpers. Her favorite quotation is, “If You Think IT, Ink IT.” I particularly use a small note book, pen, and pencil “to catch flying ideas.”
Other key concept is The Metacognitive Edge. To me, in order to empower and apply this concept is 30-Day-Mental-Cleanse Forum where we gain knowledge of, How To Think, Not What To Think. Thinking about Thinking with the Visualization technique.
Finally, I love music and I have started to try ambient sound, music. Solfeggio frequency ones in 8, 12, 432, and 528 Hz. Indeed, they work.
